Cancellation & Refunds

Your account will be billed on the first of the month on a subscription basis. The applicable fee will be billed to your card at the beginning of the month. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will be able to operate your account for the entire duration of the valid subscription.

Accounts that do not comply with our Personal AI - Usage Guidelines will be blocked without due notice and your subscription will be cancelled by us. No refunds will be made for that month.

You may, of course, state your case with us at info@wotabot.com. An inadvertent mistake on your part can always be considered and your account will be reinstated in such a case. But periodic offenders will be blocked from using Wotabot and your subscription will be cancelled.
